About Lit-X. 

Lit-X brings
AI and Data Science to the publishing industry. We help publishers and booksellers
to analyze and predict literature success. We are a pre-seed start-up based in
Hamburg that has gained some traction as part of the MediaLift Accelerator and
as a finalist (hopefully winner in October) of the CONTENTshift competition. Go-to-market
is planned for September. With two ex-BCGers as founders (Lars Leipson, Sebastian Hermanns) we
have a strong ambition and performance orientation yet also know how to balance
this well with a good and enjoyable life.  

Looking for.  

We are looking for “Founders Associates”, who are committed,
want to have an impact, build a boot-strapped company from the ground up, and
enjoy an entrepreneurial approach to work.  

As a qualification, you “just” need the right experience for
the job you want to do. 

Jobs you can do. 

Data Science  

Own self-reliably parts of the data pipeline of our “Success
Analytics” product. From Crawling, over processing to Tableau output you can
practically apply your skills and continue developing a Selenium, PostgreSQL, AWS,
Docker, and Python-based process.  

Business Development 

Build from the ground up a Marketing or Sales function.
Develop the brand, a Shopify-based website as a customer platform including
content marketing and educational elements, or build up a Social Media
presence, if you have a knack for Marketing. Build a Sales process including
CRM, automated approaches, and clear Sales goals to drive the German
go-to-market.
